10. 2. Notwithstanding Article 11(1) of Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 , Paragraph 1 shall not apply to the adductor muscles of pectinidae other than aquaculture animals, completely separated from the viscera and gonads, that may be imported also from third countries not appearing on the list referred to in paragraph 1.

(2) Unbeschadet von Artikel 11 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 854/2004 gilt Absatz 1 nicht für die Adduktormuskeln von Kammmuscheln, die nicht in Aquakultur gehalten werden, sofern Eingeweide und Keimdrüsen vollständig entfernt wurden; diese dürfen auch aus Drittländern eingeführt werden, die nicht in der in Absatz 1 genannten Liste aufgeführt sind.
